WW: The Tube Bridge

Bridge connecting Bullring and its Parking Lot. See that weather here. It is gray because it was snowing and raining at the same time. It is also very windy. I guess last Oct. 28 of this year is the first snow in Birmingham, England. I was there and it is also very cold! what can you expect of a snow anyway?
