Sightseeing in Birmingham, England
It’s time for memes! I had quite a busy day today both online and offline. I went grocery shopping and did some errands, going to the bank to pay for bills and some other stuffs. I also spent some time in facebook exchanging messages with former classmates and friends online. It was quite a wonderful day for me even the weather is not so friendly. It is raining again. It is almost three weeks now since it is raining in our place. I guess it is enough for my daily rants.
Here are two pictures taken during my visit in Birmingham in England last Autumn 2008.
This is the famous canal in Birmingham. I thought it was only a dream that I can see this place. I was there and I believed that I am lucky to see places like this. I am also striking a pose in front of that boat restaurant. Birmingham is also an interesting place to visit in England with all those historical sights, buildings and monuments they have.

The canals were formerly used for industry but now you can hire a barge and boat around at your leisure, glad you enjoyed it.
