Apple for Lunch

Good evening folks! I still have a lot of updates to share but I guess, I can’t do it all right now. I am quite sleepy now after waking-up earlier this morning. Yes, 8:30 am is early for me because I use to wake-up at around 9:00 or 10:00 o’clock every morning. That is the result of going to bed late in the night. This is also the advantage of being jobless. lol!

Back to main topic- I should slowly start today my diet plan. I planned to only eat apple at lunch time but around 1:00 PM, my head is starting to get painful. I also felt dizzy. I ended-up taking a normal lunch but this time, only half-full of the plate. I read about Appetite suppressant diet pills which said to suppress your appetite in eating. I guess, this is not a bad idea. Before I do that, I want to consult first the experts. I want to ask our doctor before taking anything. And starting today, apple is already a part of my daily intake. Remember the saying, “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”? How about you?
