An Afternoon in El Escorial near Madrid
We finally decided to go to El Escorial. Some of my friends did not go with us. We took the train from Parla to Chamartin station in Madrid. From there, we transferred to another train heading to Es Escorial. It was quite late in the afternoon when we went there. Therefore, we did not had the chance to go inside the building. It was closed. There is an entrance fee to go inside.
