Back to Work Again
I can’t believe that I am back to work again. After living a partly digital nomadic life travelling to many countries and places for almost 8 years now , it is time to settle again. According to my travel inventory, I had travelled to 42 countries during those years. I am still not done counting how many places and cities did I exactly visited because I still have to dig some travel records for that. I still want to travel to many countries but since resources are limited now and earning money online is not the same anymore compared to the past 7 years, I decided to find a job and landed on one.
I am very thankful for this. I did not expect to get the job. I was only surprised when I got a call last month telling me that I got the job. I should be starting on the first of August but since I already booked my birthday trip some months ago and did not really expected to get this job, I was happy because they understand it and let me begin some days after taking my vacation.
Yesterday was my first day. It is a very easy job but you need more energy to do it. I find one advantage from it because I might lose some weight in doing this job. I will see. So far, the assistant manager and the supervisor witnessed how I do my job and how do I things efficiently without them explaining it further. I want to tell them that this job is just as easy as eating peanut compared to the field that I was working before. I guess, I will only stay there from 2-3 years if things work well. With the salary that I will be making, I want to save it for future projects, some travels and maybe as a starting capital to start a business back in my home country.
Today was my second day and I did enjoyed it. It is quite tiresome but I am loving it especially when you are working with these funny and beautiful US soldiers sometimes. lolz! I had fun today with this very young handsome US soldier who was also kidding me while working. He was just so funny and I guess his colleagues are enjoying his company. Having fun at work brings inspiration which is really good. I also happy that I just work nearby. Around 10-15 minutes drive and I am already at work. One employee was complaining that he needs to drive around 130 kilometers back and forth everyday which really needs a lot of gasoline.
I guess, this is all for now guys. I am quite tired now and want to go to bed earlier. I will see what will happen again tomorrow in the work place. Goodnight from Europe and take care everyone!
