Throwback Thursday- El Nido, Palawan
It’s feels good to reminisce beautiful places you visited. It seems like yesterday when I was in this beautiful island of El Nido, Palawan. Tourists and guests who visited this paradise will surely wonder its majestic natural beauty. No wonder CNNGo considered it as the Best Beach and Island destination in the Philippines for its “extraordinary natural splendor and ecosystem.”
A lagoon in El Nido, Palawan. I had fun kayaking in this area even just for a short time. It feels great to be with nature in El Nido.
Spending 2 days in this place was not enough. The travel from Puerto Princesa to El Nido take around 5-7 hours depending on the transportation you take. But when you arrive El Nido, everything will be paid off. I suggest that you take an island hopping to explore more of the area. Hopefully in my next travel in Palawan, I can spend more days in El Nido, a week or two would be great!
Places of interest include the towering marble cliffs and enchanting lagoons to its 100 white sandy beaches, lush jungle and mangrove forest, prehistoric caves and waterfalls, El Nido is one of the top tourist destinations in Palawan, which is often referred to as the “Philippines’ Last Frontier”.
