When you move into a new house, it’s easy to get a little carried away with making the house feel like a home. But once the initial excitement has worn off you just become content. However, you may now have decided to sell, or you just want to secure further your financial investment. So now you are looking at ways to increase the value of your home. So here are a few ways to add value to your home.
Decorating
Adding value and making your house a home could be as easy as decorating it to your taste. Sometimes we can be lucky and very minimal decoration is needed. However other times you may need to strip wallpaper or re-paint walls. You may have been happy to have dealt with the previous owner’s choice of wallpaper but now is the time to strip it off and give your home a new lease of life. Your home could be outdated with its decor; perhaps artex litters your ceiling or coving. Updating and modernising the home can add value to it without too much expense. (more…)

Happy Easter everyone! I know I am so late with my greetings but hey, better late than never at all! I hope you had a wonderful and blessed celebration of Easter. So far, I had a nice Easter Sunday but there is no better one in celebrating it in my home country. Still, I am grateful to celebrate it peacefully.

Let’s go back to my main topic before I hit the sack tonight. My recent travels in Slovenia and partly in Austria is over now. It is sad to say goodbye to those places we visited but I am always glad for the next destinations after that travel. I am at my second home now trying to have a daily routine again. I am glad that I still have some days off to do some spring cleaning before going back to work again. (more…)

I am happy to be backed home again from my travels and adventures recently. I am thankful that I am home again, safe and sound. Thanks God!
There are a lot of priceless experiences I had from that travel. I did not only experience the sights of the places I visited, but I also had the chance to meet people from all walks of life. One thing that makes me happy is when I see street performers in the place I visited. (more…)

Learning to drive is not always easy. Some people breeze through their lessons and pass their practical driving test first time. Others struggle to master the many different skills needed to be able to drive safely and competently, and end up failing their test repeatedly. So is this the case or does it make no difference at all?
Accident Statistics
Statistics show that there are more road traffic accidents in the summer. At first glance, this might seem like a bit of a conundrum. After all, surely it is more dangerous to drive in winter when the roads are icy, there is snow on the ground, and the days are shorter. Well, apparently not. (more…)

Wanderlust is always calling! I am quite excited since I will be hitting the road again this month. My destination will be Central Europe. Although I already visited Slovenia back in 2013, I decided to go back there since I will be exploring some of its places especially its capital city of Ljubljana. I had a transit there last year during my travels in Southeast Europe. This time, I can finally visit Ljubljana.

I decided to book this trip since it was really very cheap. I was given a 30% discount (plus a single room charge) because I did booked in the past many package trips from this travel company. Since I already booked for over 10 times from them, the reason why I got a discount. I saved some bucks for that and I am a happy traveller! (more…)
